CAMDEN - Lessard Builders, a third generation residential and commercial builder in Camden, has been invited to become an accredited business of the Better Business Bureau of Delaware.
BBBDE Accreditation is not offered to every business, only those that meet rigorous accreditation standards.
The BBB Code of Business Practices represents standards for business accreditation built on the eight Standards for Trust that include maintaining a positive track record, advertising honestly, telling the truth, transparency, honoring promises, being responsive, safeguarding customer privacy, and embodying integrity in all business dealings.
- Home prices have stabilized;
- While interest rates are still quite low, they are not expected to remain so in the long term;
- The current deadline to apply for the tax breaks requires buyers to contract by April 30, with settlement before July 1.
