Building masterfully crafted custom homes has been a Lessard family tradition since the 1940s. It’s a family calling! Because of our dedication to our craft and to our clients, we have had the privilege of building custom homes in many of Delaware’s most exclusive neighborhoods — Wild Quail, King’s Creek and Pennwood.

At Lessard Builders, we work extra hard to make the homebuilding experience enjoyable and rewarding for our clients. Our company is led by Brian Lessard, a third-generation builder who was taught the craft by his father, Addie Lessard. Brian is personally involved in the construction of each home and selects only premium products and highly professional trades. Additionally, each project is staffed with a team of professionals including a Project Coordinator and a Project Manager.

Building your home will require the building of a team — you, the builder, the architect and the many trades. Getting us involved early on provides us the opportunity to apply our technical expertise at the point when budgets and schedules are most critically affected.
