The guarantee provides protection in the form of a refund to you if Lessard Custom Builders fails to meet the local, state and federal building codes for quality and installation of your products. It applies to Lessard Custom Builders products only, and it does not provide for a refund as a result of you, the consumer, not being satisfied with your choice of color, style or cost of the products.
If within thirty days of installation, there is any manufacturing or installation defect in your new Lessard Custom Builders Products that we cannot resolve within 120 days of notification, we will provide you with a complete refund, subject only to the conditions outlined below:
Conditions:
- To obtain a refund you must pay in full, as per your with Lessard Custom Builders, when the
original installation is completed.
- You must notify Lessard Custom Builders by Registered Mail, within 30 days of installation,
specifically detailing any deficiencies in the products or installation.
- Lessard Custom Builders must be given 120 days from receiving the above notice to correct
any deficiencies. In order for Lessard Custom Builders to correct any deficiencies, you must
allow Lessard Custom Builders access to the home as required during normal business hours.
- At the end of 120 days from receiving the above notice, if Lessard Custom Builders is unable to correct the deficiencies so that the products and installation do meet local, state and federal codes, you the homeowner, must replace the defective product with an alternative company's product or allow Lessard Custom Builders to remove the product and return your home to it's original condition.
Lessard Custom Builders will then refund you 100% of the purchase price of the defective product.
