Lessard Builders’ spent most of 2017 crafting our newest masterpiece, our new model home, The Saltaire! Our decadent three-story new masterpiece is now open seven days a week. Come visit us in the community of Showfield located on Gills Neck Road in Lewes and tour The Saltaire today.

Our model home hours as of Summer 2018 are:

Monday through Friday- 10am to 5pm

Saturday and Sunday- 10am to 4pm
