Model Home Hours
We’d love to meet you and chat about home designs and new home communities! Beginning Fall 2015, we have new open hours at our model home at The Villages of Five Points East in Lewes, Delaware.
If you are planning to visit during a holiday weekend or time that the model is closed by appointment only, please call us at (302) 645-7444 or email us at homes (at) lessardbuilders (dot) com to schedule a time to meet in advance.
Monday: 9:00 pm to 4:00 pm
Tuesday: Open by appointment only
Wednesday: 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
Thursday: 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
Friday: 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
Saturday: 10 am to 4:00 pm
Sunday: By appointment only
