house at the model home in The Villages of Five Points East in Lewes, Delaware which allowed me to chat with new home buyers, new home owners and real estate agents. I received some really great feedback which prompted me to write an informational post on new homes at The Villages of Five Points East and Lessard Builders home and lot packages. Today I feel grateful for my work environment. I just finished reading a few articles on the evolution of office space trends, in recent years closed office spaces were transformed to an open work environment that eliminated walls and grouped co-workers around multiple tables. Since then studies have shown that personalities and work ethics are clashing, affecting productivity and the open work environments are now incorporating work space pods. They are very small resemble the look and size of a helicopter cockpit. Yikes. So, what do mini work space pods have to do with a model home for sale in Lewes Delaware? I work from the professionally decorated model home in The Villages of Five Points and I appreciate working here for the cozy surroundings and convenient locale. The comfort of being at home working from the couch, at the dining room table, on the patio in the sun or working from the sun room on a breezy day totally beats an eensy weensy cubicle pod. The kitchen is just a few steps away when you need it and a cup of coffee at Arena’s Deli, dinner at FishOn! or pastries at Touch of Italy is a quick walk around the corner at The Villages of Five Points Town Center.

Lunch anywhere on 2nd Street downtown Lewes is only a few blocks away and taking a “brain break” to soak up the sun, sand and waves is easy to do before, during or after work. Often times I catch the sunset or sunrise at one of the beaches nearby in Lewes or kick off the morning with views of Oyster Rocks, Broadkill Beach, Lewes Beach, Cape Henlopen State Park, Lewes Boat Ramp, Canalfront Park off of Pilottown Road or Prime Hook Wildlife Preserve.

I’m going to miss the Sonoma model in The Villages of Five Points East. We’re currently selling it with a leaseback program so that means that we’ll rent it back from it’s new homeowner for a year or two while we finish building new homes in The Villages of Five Points East. For me, it might take that long to part with being so close to Lewes, Delaware every day.
